IN PURCHASING THE ABOVE dog, I ACCEPT COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS
WELFARE AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. I realize the importance of promoting the continued development of the
dog and I agree to follow the breeders instructions as to the animals
care, housing, diet, and health. This dog will always have prompt medical
care and never be allowed to harbor parasites. I will try to provide
companionship for this dog and never leave it alone for extended periods of
time without human attention. I will provide adequate exercise for this dog
and if caging is necessary, it will be kept to a minimum. If this dog is
found to be mistreated, neglected or inhumanely managed while in my care, I
will surrender the dog to the breeder immediately and unconditionally
without refund of the purchase price.

2.I will receive this dog with a current Moscow Russia Certificate of
Veterinary Inspection indicating the dog is healthy and has had all
necessary immunizations, dog rabic and is free of parasites 2.1. I
am purchasing this dog for breeding and/or showing. I fully
understand the breeder offers no guarantees on future development, health,
reproductive capabilities or show achievements on this dog. Should I
become unable or unwilling to keep this dog I agree to notify the
breeder for first option of repurchase at purchase price.

3. I have the option to have this dog examined within 72 hours after
purchase by a veterinarian of my choice at my expense. (It is recommended
the buyer isolate this dog from other animals until the veterinary
inspection has been completed.) If this dog is found by my veterinarian to
be in ill health within this 72 hour period, I understand I can immediately
notify the breeder and return the animal at my expense. I agree to accept
replacement when available. I understand there will be no cash refunds.

5. By signing this contract, I am in full agreement with all of the above
terms. In the event I violate this agreement the damages of $5,000 plus
legal fees shall be payable To Marina Burlutskaya jurisdiction and
venue for any legal dispute shall be in the Moscow Russia.
